So I have been cigg free for 5 days. This is so hard. I feel like I need some counseling and to join some self-motivation groups. I wonder if all these things are worth it.
1. Taking naps everyday after work. This is because by the time I get home my head hurts so much I can't do anything but lay down. I am going to get fat!
2. I have frequent headaches, and my productivity at work is decreasing. I get easily sidetracked. I am going to loose my job!
3. My gums have never bled from brushing or flossing. Since I have quit, my gums have been bleeding, I have seen on the internet that this is normal. WHAT IS NORMAL ABOUT YOUR GUMS BLEEDING! I AM going to DIE!
4. I am more irritable. This is causing me to have frequent fights with my boyfriend over stupid stuff. We might break up! (jk)
5. My sense of smell is improving. While some people may see this as something as good it really is not. My allergies are terrible right now. My coworkers stay far away from me worried they are going to catch something. Also perfumes are impossible to stand now. When the guy/girl that bathed in perfume before getting on the elevator, gets on I am forced to apologize from having a sneezing fit. I am going to DIE OF SMELLS!
Good Things:
1. I won't smell of ciggs.
2. I might not get emphsyema.
So in the end I am not sure why I am quitting smoking. 2 good things and 5 bad things makes me feel like a fool for following the non-smoking train. But whatever.
